As a Franco – Britannic team we have naturally become involved in areas that were not considered as “core business” activities when we set up Pied à Terre. These are areas that have been tagged on as an extension of looking after clients with a variety of nationalities. We offer a telephone and email helpline service. We can sort issues on the administrational side of property ownership. We are active in working with clients purchasing or selling. Translations are frequently requested, practical solutions on opening bank accounts, paying bills or insuring homes.

We’re also asked to help people settle in to life or community over here.
